Match Play Scoring
Each inning is its own game inside the game. The team with the most runs at the end of an inning earns one run, which prevents early blowouts, creates walk-off innings, and speeds up the pace.

We protect the sanctity of the game, and make it more fun.
We’ve made a few changes to the rules, but nothing that fundamentally changes the gameplay. Baseball has always been a game of innovation, and there is always room for improvement.

WBL Performances
Between some innings, teams perform a song, a dance, a comedy routine, or a magic trick. Think talent show. Three impartial judges (or a fan vote) award a run to the winner.

WBL Challenges
Hot dog eating contests, relay races, dizzy bat, dunk contests, trivia, and more. You never know what the challenge will be, but it’ll be fun and the winner gets a run.

Old School Rules
No pitch clock (we keep the game moving). No replays. Pitchers hit. Wood bats. Shift when desired.

Fan Participation
Don’t be shocked if a fan or two ends up on the field. Coloring, bouncy houses, trivia, live music, DJs. The whole ballpark is part of the show.
Together, we call this Worldball. And sometimes we just come together and play a friendly game of baseball.
